Priory Neighborhood Water Protection Association

Protect Our Water!

Association Election

Fox1

The Priory Neighborhood Water Protection Association was formed as a group to preserve ongoing water quality within the Priory Neighborhood. To accomplish that long term, we need to establish infrastructure now. Accordingly, we need folks to lead the Priory Neighborhood Water Protection Association. We anticipate that the Association Board will be comprised of 9 directors. The President, Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary will be elected by the directors. The Membership of the Association will elect the directors to lead and administer the Priory Neighborhood Water Protection Association.

Our first step is to gather nominees. Any time before January 28, 2017, anyone wishing to nominate someone (themselves or another member) should contact the Interim Secretary Joe Pavlic (1450 Priory – This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. – 414.581.9091) with their nominations.

A ballot will then be prepared with all the nominations listed. That Ballot will then be sent to each member via email (or when requested in hardcopy).

The Ballots must be returned to the Secretary on or before February 12, 2017. The Board will then meet to count the Ballots. All Members are welcome to attend the Ballot counting. The nine nominees with the most votes will be declared elected as Directors of the Priory Neighborhood Water Protection Association. If we do not get nine nominees the newly elected Directors will seek and appoint a volunteer to the vacancy. The Priory Neighborhood Water Protection Association members will be informed of the results via email, Facebook, and website.

The Directors will meet on February 14, 2017 to elect Officers. The Directors will also vote to approve the Proposed Bylaws. The meeting will be presided over by the Director with the most votes. The Directors will be electing a President, Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary. The Priory Neighborhood Water Protection Association members will be informed of the results via email, Facebook, and website.
